【G-MaP】　海外経営専門職人財養成プログラム　文部科学省プログラム　早稲田コンソーシアム：プログラム概要 (Program)



	プログラム趣旨日本企業の海外事業戦略、ガバナンス形態に適合したグローバルリーダー養成に関する研究開発は火急の課題である。産学専門家の連携により、ユニークなリーダー創出に向けた研究開発活動を展開していく。 G-Mapコンソーシアム組織では、異文化マネジメント能力を創出するため、内外の産学官組織との積極的な連携促進をめざす。本コンソーシアムは、文部科学省の高度専門職業人養成教育推進プログラムの一環として、産学連携でグローバル経営人財を養成することを目指している。我々は、海外派遣経営層を「グローバル・リーダー」として位置づけ、選抜から派遣前、派遣後さらに帰任後までのスパンで養成プログラムや各種アセスメントツールの開発を行う。そして、その成果を企業・大学へ還元することを最終目的としている。	投稿記事日本発のグローバルリーダー輩出を支援するために、産学が連携して協働体制を構築し、戦略的な養成システムの構築としくみづくりを促進していく。



	Program Objective Research on development of global leaders appropriate to the companies' overs eas bus ines s s trategies and governanc e s truc ture is an urgent issue. Research and development activities to generate unique leaders will be pursued by cooperating with professionals of both Industry and Academia. In order to generate diversity management capabilities, the G-MaP consortium will actively promote the cooperation between the organizations in industry, academia and government. The objective of this consortium, as part of MEXT's professional talent development enterprise, is to develop global executives with the cooperation of industry and academia. This consortium will develop training programs and assessment tools applicable to a wide span from selection, before/after assignment to reinstatement of internationally assigned executives, also known as “Global Leaders.” Our final goal is to contribute the research results to industries and universities.	G-MaP Consortiums: Framework to realize the Vision We will promote the development of strategic training system and scheme, by the cooperation between industry and academia, in order to support the production of global leaders from Japan.
